5th Flush Results

Friends, I've been busy lately working on my colon health and not doing flushes

until I figured out what to do about my sudden abhorrance of the Epsom Salt.

Well, having gotten the bowel management well under way with great results so

far...I decided to brave another GB flush and use a little less ES this time (I

was using way too much anyway)...and I personally think it is rough on the

bowels. Plus Agnes inspired me by saying I could take the ES in apple juice. I

fasted yesterday on apple juice and last nights 2 ES drinks went down easier

using apple juice. I like to use lots of oil and grapefruit juice. This mornings

ES didn't mix well using the apple juice on top of all that oil and it came

right back up with a bunch of oil. OH! Yuck! So I had to force myself to drink

the ES just in water both times this morning. Feeling rather yucky anyway I did

get it all down, miraculously. My collander results were not as dramatic as they

have been in the past. Last time was also smaller amount. It is possible since I

virtually doubled the recipe those 2 or 3 first times and I got several cups

full out, that I am nearing the cleaner stage. Got some stones and bunch of

sludge. So it was a success....I think I'll try the Super Phos 30 next time and

forego the ES. Will order some and try it in a few weeks and let y'all know what

that is like. I really don't want to stop flushing until I'm sure I don't need

to anymore. And will continue to eat and drink pro liver health. Start the

morning with a glass of warm water and half squeezed lemon. Often hit the jon

before I even get the lemon squeezed. Am taking Primal Defense and Perfect

PS. Only one other person that I've heard of has used the Super Phos 30, anyone

else? Results?
