Guest guest
Good morning all Well, I'm surprised that I could do it, but I did manage to get down all 24 oz of the oil/juice/garlic/ginger mix. It surprisingly had an almost pleasant taste to it. I'm wondering if that's partly because this time I mixed it up earlier - maybe it had more of a chance to blend? Just a thought. So anyway, I had 8 oz of it and laid down and then had the other 16 in one shot. I slept fairly well - woke up once or twice to use the bathroom (between that stuff and the apple/radish juice, there was a LOT of liquid ingested!) It's early yet, but in the first BM I did see some stones - I'd say about a dozen small ones - and a fair amount of the chaff. I also saw some more of those threadlike worms. That's still a little gross to me, but as with all the rest, I'd rather have them on the outside than the inside! This page on Karma's site has pictures of what I'm seeing, in case anyone is interested... http://loaves-n-fishes\ ..com/parasiteinformation.htm And, by the way, there's a LOT of good information about parasites as well as a couple of recordings you can listen to from people who know about this stuff. I'll tell you - I don't think that I was a " true believer " in the idea of parasites until I did the cleansing. you might wonder why I did it if I didn't really believe they were in there. Well, I guess there was a part of me that just wanted to completely rule it out. And I have been surprised to see otherwise. So anyway, the first report is - very loose and small bowel movements, lots of green liquid, chaff, stones and those little worms. I'm feeling a little bit washed out (no pun intended!) but otherwise okay. I had planned to drink the rest of the apple/radish juice this morning, but after reading 's story I decided to hold off on that and just have my regular glass of warm water and lemon juice. I'll let you know if there's any additional results (which hopefully there will be since this is still early in the day!) in health, rachel~ The truth is incontrovertible. Malice may attack it and ignorance may deride it, but in the end there it is. " Winston Churchill
