Guest guest
He continued to have pain in the neck or left shoulder with radiation down to the arms, especially involving the first and second finger, left. Review of previous records shows degenerative joint disease in the lumbosacral spine. IMPRESSION: 1. Degenerative joint disease with possibly **impeachment** of the **cervical, brachial, cervical** nerve. I don't know my ortho real well. Would I be correct that where I think I am hearing impeachment that it is really impingement? Also, the doctor as he dictates is definitely stumbling over the brachial cervical part. Does brachial cervical sound right or should it just be cervical nerve or just brachial nerve. I cannot document a braciocervical nerve so I am guessing that is not what he is referring to. Bev W.
