Guest guest
Buffered Vitamin C has minerals in it to make it a certain ph to be better absorbed. Most have magnesium, which almost everyone is low in. I love it, it makes my skin and muscles tingle. Supposedly, some B vitamins, especially B12, is destroyed by digestive juices and therefore its best to take it where its absorbed in the mouth lining or given by injection. I like the oral powder and my B12 tests come back very high, thus its getting into my blood stream at least. Heidi N " I have also heard that Sublingual Vitamin B is better than other supplemental Vitamin B. Can anyone verify this and/or elaborate on why this would be the case. What exactly is " buffered " vitamin C? " Thanks **************Start the year off right.
