Again this is the letter I received and would like your opinion on that.

I did the liver flush with no result. It seems also that my pain is worse than

ever. Is it possible that the liver flush is not good for everyone ?

Can anyone tell me if they got no result with the liver flush and tell me the

reasons for failure.

Dear ,

The pain you are having sounds a lot like what I experienced--extreme difficulty

breathing. I would suggest to stop the juicing regimine. I found that sugary

foods made my problem worse. Even now I do not drink much carrot juice at all.

I found that sugary fruits made me worse--especially dates, which are very

concentrated in sugar. What I would suggest is to eat your vegetables instead

of juicing them. The fiber will clean you out. Here is my take on my

condition. The pain was not discovered to be from stones as far as the doctor

could tell. But that does not mean that the gall bladder is not affected. The

gall bladder may be inflamed. Or the bile duct could be inflamed or obstructed

or both. More olive oil could be a problem since it could cause your liver to

produce more bile when the duct is not prepared to pass it. I figured that if

the duct was inflamed it could be an infection similar to what caused ulcers--a

spiral-like bacterium that bores into the tissue. The bile duct empties into the

upper small intestine and therefore can also be affected by this bacteria or

other bacteria spreading from the stomach or small intestine to the bile duct

and even into the liver. If you have a problem with constipation while eating

your vegetables whole then you might like to try what Dr. Richter suggested.

Chew your vegetables so well. I know this sounds different from what a lot of

people say these days. But you might like to give it a try. Corsely chewed

vegetables will help to scrub and clean your insides. Also. Soak maybe one

quarter WHOLE flax seeds in one cup of water overnight. Drink in the morning.

This is what Dr. Richter suggests if you have constipation. I eat fax seed

(though ground) almost daily--sometimes as much as half a cup with olive oil or

a tablespoon of honey mixed in. I love it.

I did try these olive oil and lemon concoctions, and found that they did not

work as well as I had expected. I did find (before I changed my diet) that

lemon peal or grapefruit peal gave some releaf.

For pain, I would take ginger root. It works great and is good for digestion.

Chop the root up and wash it down quickly with liquid. Also, you should rub the

skin as often as needed with the fresh cut or juiced ginger root.

Good Luck,
