Immune system

Ok I just want to say hi to all. I am a "listener" to this group. My husband has FM and I sympathize thru him with you all. I love to read all you all have to say and it helps me so, so much in understanding what he is feeling every day. I also want to share with you all, if I may, that I have put him on a product called Transfer factor that is helping his immune system fight off anything that comes his way. Cause Lord knows that is the last thing he needs on top of FM is to get sick. It is working for him and this pleases me and him. I hope I am not overstepping anything here by sharing this with you all but I thought if anyone was interested they could read fuller at the web page below. I just want to help any if nothing else.

Sounds like mostly propaganda from Pharms. May be just a few people.  Lots of

people take lots of supplements and I haven't heard much of this.   There are

options on the form of the supplements, that might make a difference for some

allergic to some type of capsule, vegetarian capsules are available for example,

and tablets or powders vs caps.   Its also possible to get most things in a

more digestible natural or chelate version.  Its good to get everything you can

from real food, but if you need more or can't reliably get it from food

supplements are probably better than not.
