Guest guest
Hi 'eulavye', You never said the number of flushes you've done but I am assuming you are new to this. Sometimes you won't experience any pain in a flush and get a lot of sludge and stones out of the liver and gb. Other times you may get pain as the sludge, grainy sand, stones, etc are passing out of the ducting. Also, you may get pain because a big stone is still in the gb and is pushing to get out. Have you had an ultrasound to determine what you are dealing with in your gb? Like the number and sizes of stones you are trying to eliminate? This is good to have as a monitor after so many flushes as well to see how you are progressing with stone elimination. Personally, after 7 flushes, I invite the pain now. I know that the pain means something is passing. In my case, I have a 1 cm stone that is stubborn and needs more and harder flushing to get out. I know that it will hurt when it finally moves out but it will be it's final 'hurt' if you know what I mean. I have ultrasound periodically to see what I'm up against also. Overall, pain is normal sometimes when something big is passing through the duct. Consider this a good thing. At least during the flush you have oil and ES to assist the movement. Much less painful than a real colic attack without the ES and olive oil. Suppose to be anyway. If a stubborn big stone is what you find, you may need to try and reduce the size or crush the stone before it will pass with a flush. ES can be assisted with grapefruit juice instead of water to help the taste and to help it absorb more into the body. You can add all grapefruit, 1/2 GF 1/2 water, whatever tastes ok for you. You may feel 'drained' for a couple of days after a flush until your body get's back to normal. You need to replenish the minerals, essentials, and of course drink lots of water. Good luck on your next flush. I hope this helps you in some way. Guest guest
hi barry. what i had done was my first flush and until now, i still experience pain. i had an ultrasound before the gb flush and it showed that my gb is full of stones already. after the flush, i had an ultrasound again, just yesterday as i am having an attack again but i dont want to take anymore pain relievers as it makes my stomach acidic also. the result of the ultrasound was i have 6 stones in my gb. it means i have lesser stones BUT the problem is, why is still aching. when it aches, it is really painful. is that the normal way? that you still feel pain after the flush? thanks for some encouragement --- barry91162 <barry91162@...> wrote: > Hi 'eulavye', > > You never said the number of flushes you've done but > I am assuming > you are new to this. Guest guest
It sounds to me like you did a wonderful job passing 300 stones! I have never passed many, but always felt much better after doing my past cleanses, and yes, it is not abnormal to have a bad time with the flush...I get jealous reading of those that have it easy...only one or 2 out of the dozen I've done have gone easily, but it was always worth it, sort of like having a baby :-) The degree of discomfort varies, but usually I have waves of terrible nausea and feel really " tight " inside while things are passing. Feel washed out in the morning, like I've been through an ordeal. Maybe doing some of the new things you folks have been suggesting will make it better :-) L. Guest guest
, I have only done two cleanses and what you describe has been my experience. My second one was the most awful and I got really sick but I might have had some touch of the flu. I get that tight feeling you describe and yes, feeling washed out from it all. Guest guest
Lu, While it is better to always go the natural medicine route, you may find that it's hard to find anything natural that can stop a contracting gb in a few minutes. Sometimes medication is the quickest way. I used to try excersize, ES, hot water pad, drinking different things, but nothing worked for me (that I could find - but of course I didn't try everything) like an antispasmodic medicine. Good luck in your search for painless living. Barry. > I agree that perhaps an herbal alternative would be useful for spasms. I would think that for promoting restful sleep as well as being anti-spasmodic that a person would try Valerian Root rather than the amino acid some are taking. Chamomile would be another good herb, Lobelia....these are all good for the digestive tract a well. > Peace > Lucinda > > ----- Original Message ----- > From: Rachd1961@a... > gallstones@y... > Sent: Wednesday, March 13, 2002 7:23 PM > Subject: Re: Re: gallstone flush > > > In a message dated 3/13/02 7:45:38 PM Eastern Standard Time, Tishri7@a... > writes: > > > > Barry, you mentioned a while ago that you can buy antispasmodics over the > > counter. Guest guest
Ginger Last October I started having gallbladder attacks and, as the typical story goes, I was told to meet with a surgeon, who advised me to schedule surgery in the very near future. I did some research on the internet, started doing the flushes and now it's 5 months later and I still have the gallbladder. I have had attacks about once a month, but I will be honest and say that it was a direct result of unhealthy food choices. SO that does indicate to me that I haven't flushed them all out yet, but I'm definitely in much better condition than I was when I walked into the doctors office in October. It's not a quick fix, but over time I do believe that I'll get the last of those stones out of there. I would encourage you to check out the archives and testimonials - you will see plenty of stories of others who have done the same. in health, rachel~ In a message dated 3/20/02 5:26:48 PM Eastern Standard Time, nonipower1@... writes: > Hi, I am going to try the flush and would like to know if any one has > done it and was succesful.
