Guest guest
I've had ON, also. LDN played a huge part in regaining normal eyesight. Since starting LDN 5 months ago I've gone from not being able to drive or read my computer screen to almost 20/20 vision. In addition to LDN I am gluten free, meat free, mostly dairy free and I don't eat anything processed (okay.. except cheese.. I'm working on it) I make all our meals from scratch. I've also eliminated most chemical cleaners ... I've not found a replacement for laundry detergent yet. I also take Omega 3 oils, get lecithin, vit B complex, and taurine when I need it . Depression Soap 2 gal whole sweet milk 6 qt water 1 Can lye Pour milk into crock jar or enamel pan. Mix lye in water, stirring with wooden spoon until dissolved. Then without stirring, pour lye water into milk, pouring round and round, then pour the mixture from one container to another until well mixed. Pour into cardboard box and cover with cloth. Let stand until firm 12-24 hours. When firm, cut into bars. Let set 2-3 weeks before using. Grate the bars for use as laundry soap. On this subject, I have started making my own shampoo, rinse, moisturizer, balm and dusting powder. I really like them, and I found the recipes by doing Google searches. The ingredients list for commercial body products, even those that are touted as " natural " , makes me think they qualify as toxic waste! Guest guest
Adam, I've been taking 4.5 mg of LDN since July, 2004. No progression, no side effects other than sleep disturbances the first 2 weeks. I am very pleased. Guest guest
Thanks again -unfortunately, due to my Brother's other health problems-Gastroparesis, Coeliac's Disease, this may not be an option. He also has Raynaud's, IBS and many allergies. Guest guest
Hi Yvette Thank you for the info. My Brother, thanks to his Coeliac's Disease and Lactose intolerance, doesn't have any gluten, wheat etc. Or lactose of course. Thanks again for the info.
