Guest guest
Hey there flushers (stealing barry's pet name for the list subscribers ,-) Okay so what I did was use the slow method of the OO chased with the fresh organic lemon juice and over the course of 3 hours took 2 cups OO, it was all I could handle. At midnight I got up very sick and throwing up massive quantities of bile. I didn't see much oil come up but I could taste the lemon and the bile and it felt like quarts, yuck. Okay so that finally ended and I went back to sleep. I have had numerous movements this morning that are all normal except they are dark green in color. I did not take the ES drink this morning, after what I went through last night. I don't think there are any stones left in me though as I think they all came out the first flush. My gut feeling has been that I have poisons built up in the liver from the detox from quitting smoking and also I have been on the love your liver diet for about 4 weeks now. So maybe there were more of them but they all dissolved due to the diet and flushing. (?) I am assuming this is what has happened. Anyhow, I did feel like I had an awful flu last night and a touch this morning but am feeling much better as the morning goes on. I believe the flush was successful in that if in fact the dark green is from softened broken down stones, then that explains the color of the movements this morning. Okay, signing off with Peace Lu

Guest guest
, Let me clarify, it is not " entirely " pure but " quite " pure...roflol..... Daily I intake about 80% organic foods, the other is not of organic origin and also, on occassion I do indulge into some sinfully delicious things like an almond croissant with a hot mocha....ahaha....and if it is Christmas, well move over cuz here I come, year long behaving and I'm ready to do some damage...LOL>.....not really, but I do not live so stringently that I would turn my nose up to some indulgence on occassion. And also, I will bake things with all organic ingredients that have butter, sugar and the like and even though they are organic that doesn't make them good for a body all the time...just occassionally. What I try to stay away from are uncooked foods at a restaurant, salads etc. I stay away from fast foods altogether and especially meats out to eat, however, occassionally at a fine restaurant I will indulge in a dish that may or may not have chicken and or shrimp in. I eat only organic meats when I do eat them at home which is about 2x a month. I'm not strict vegetarian and I do find that just that little bit of meat really helps to keep my heme on the up and up and enhances my energy and my muscles don't get so wasted looking. I stay away from hydrogenated anything that even has a hint of any hydrogenated oils in. I splurged one time on some hydrox....I got so ill....okay, so give me some homemade cookies....lol. I think what happens is that when your body is acclimated to purer foods than what is available at most grocer's that your body starts to defend itself immediately when these things that would cause harm come into contact with our system and quickly! So is organic sugar any better for us than white refined sugar...yes but nonetheless it is still damaging in excess quantities as anything else. I probably don't have to lend all this but I just want to say that I am not a perfect pure eater by no stretch of the imagination but quite pure. Wow, that's an impressive statement to make - to have a pure diet. Congratulations, that's awesome! I wanted to tell you that I thought of you last night when I was reading in a newsletter from Dr. Schulze. He commented (and this is not a direct quote) that sometimes those type of symptoms that you describe are experienced when stuff is being loosened from the walls of the colon. If I find that section again I'll give you the direct quote. Anyway, I was thinking that the gallbladder cleanse, with all the oil, might possibly have lubricated something that was attached to the wall somewhere and perhaps that in combination with whatever creates the stomach flu, maybe it had sort of a cleansing effect and you're eliminating some old waste. It's just a theory - maybe a stretch. And actually, if your diet has been this pure for a long time, then I guess it's unlikely that you had buildup on the inside. Okay, just me thinking out loud over here!! rachel~ The truth is incontrovertible. Malice may attack it and ignorance may deride it, but in the end there it is. Guest guest
Kate Congrats on completing another flush. I'm glad the ornithine helped you sleep. I've never really had problems with that, fortunately, but one time did take Valerian Root because I just had a feeling I might have problems that time. It works well for me when I've used it. It sounds wise for you to wait a month before the next one. That works well for some people. Interesting how each body is so different. Sorry to hear that your kids had the flu - I hope it passes quickly! in health, rachel~ k8ster@... writes: > I did my second flush last night. I'm still waiting on the proof in > the pudding LOL.
