Thank you ,

'great health lesson'? haha Thank you for that comment also. I can

only go on personal experience because everyones body and health is

different. One example is that I think (IMO) that body weight has a

lot to do with cleansing and dieting. You don't see anything

mentioned in cleanses about adjusting portions by body weight, etc.

I'm 160lbs whereas some people are 260lbs. Different ages, countries,

etc. It really depends on many factors to determine what flush or

diet is correct or better for our own bodies.

I think I'm beginning to 'know my body' which is the first step in

healing/health. For instance, I know exactly what to eat, at what

time, to get my gallstone is act up. I know when it will happen and

what to take to stop it aching in a matter of minutes. Also, I've

adjusted the cleanse portions of ES and Olive oil to best fix my

body. I'm still experimenting to get the right formula for the most

effective results for my body. (Only done 5 flushes)

We hear a lot of dieting, flushing, herbs, advice on here but really

when it comes down to it, we have to each find out what works the

best and most efficient for our own bodies and health.

The search continues.

Be Healthy.

Barry.
