Guest guest
HEy Lyssa, I watched Martha make something similar with (Martha-ish ingredients...) Some fancy cheeses grated up real fine is basiclly what it was...and some spices...but she put them on a pan and melted it...flipped it....and then made little cups out of them while it was still hot..then she put another " fancy " filling in it. I do like this idea...and think I will give it a shot...I do like cheese...it does sit heavy if I eat more than say 1/2 oz. to a 1 oz. serving (depending on the type of cheese). That might be nice to eat like a sandwich....wiht some smoked turkey, sprouts and lettuce...sounds like a pannera item! LOL! Carla
