Guest guest
I received this information in email from Ingrid of www.kitchendoctor.com. I thought that it might be of interest even if you aren't thinking of doing a specific parasite cleanse. (yet) in health, rachel~ (start quote) ============ On another subject altogether, I have a couple of suggestions to make parasite cleansing go a little more easily. One is to eat lots of celery, maybe even celery with our pumpkin seed butter. The theory is that the worms get tangled in the stringiness of the celery and it makes them easier to eliminate. Another suggestion is to add fennel to the diet. You can put a drop or two of fennel essential oil into a carafe of water or you can bang some fennel seeds with the end of a rolling pin and add them to boiling water. Fennel apparently makes the parasites drowsy so they can't hang on to the intestinal lining as easily. (We have both the seeds and essential oil.) ===== (end quote)
