So, I use grade 3. Plus, AAMT BOS says to use Arabic numbers and do not capitalize grade (unless, of course, it's the beginning of a sentence). Specific gravity is in the AAMT BOS book as " Express with four digits and a decimal point placed between the first and second digits . . . specific gravity 1.020. " PVC would be correct, premature ventricular contraction.
