My company doesn't like Roman numerals unless describing the cranial nerves

(II through XII, for example, NOT II-XII). So, I use grade 3. Plus, AAMT

BOS says to use Arabic numbers and do not capitalize grade (unless, of

course, it's the beginning of a sentence).

Specific gravity is in the AAMT BOS book as " Express with four digits and a

decimal point placed between the first and second digits . . . specific

gravity 1.020. "

PVC would be correct, premature ventricular contraction.
