Guest guest Posted January 23, 2000 Report Share Posted January 23, 2000 Hi Katrina, I personally don't use the Alotek capsules the first few days, (too heavy a flow), but that's when I'm usually the most tender too, but I do use them after that. I'm so glad to hear that Gwen is having such good luck with them too. I doubt they would hurt you though, but that's just me.
