Guest guest
Don't know if the Turmeric actually kills the pathogens, or if it boosts the immune system, and that kills the bugs. I think the latter, but not sure. ...RP Ambitionn01@... wrote: I'll have to support pineapple and turmeric. I have used both with excellent results. I still use Turmeric daily, Rexall brand. Some brands work better than others. I take 3,000mg a day, but I had to start off with just 450mg twice a day due to feeling effects of die-off (it kills some pathogens). I love this stuff so much. It is incredible. I give it to my entire family, and it's currently the core herb to decrease everyone's symptoms. Pineapple has some great enzymes in it that are reported to be extremely healing. I used to drink it when I got colds, and it really worked. But now, I am going to start buying it again (forgot about it), because its a geat food/juice to add to one's diet, and I keep reading about its wonderful healing enzymes.
