Hi Aviva, Has anyone suggested a bentonite clay foot

soak? I hear it works and is very gentle. I am going

to try it, but maybe someone else has actual

experience.

I started using Pectasol Chelation Complex as my chelator. I started about

a month ago. I can not tolerate any die-off or toxins, but I can tolerate

this stuff. It has alginates to absorb the toxins as they are loosened. There

is at least two studies on it, stating it lowers mercury and other metals.

Thus, if you have multiple chemical sensitivity like me and can't detox, this

is so far so good. But, I don't believe anything until I experience it

myself, thus only time will tell how well it really works.

Are there die off reactions to oil pulling? What results did you see?

Thanks!

Hi Aviva,

Have you looked into Pectasol at all? Some say that is a very safe

heavy metal chelator. I'm just not sure how effective it is.

I'm also having a hard time figuring out a safe but effective way to

chelate.

I haven't tried the Pectasol myself yet -- it's just something I'm

looking into. Cilantro did not agree with me, and the DMSA and

Zeolites scare me.

dmps/dmsa out of the question. bernard, anyone, do you know of any

other method to reduce? we are really desperate.

my belly--horrendous cramping and bloating for a period of 24 hours,

then it goes away, then it comes back again. i hear a lot of this is

going around, especially in england right now. any ideas what this

could be?

Using a good probiotic will alleviate this problem. Mercury and yeast

are always found together and when mercury is removed it will free up

yeast. Some people are missing important strains of bacteria which is

why they have these issues.

My daughter was a " digestive nightmare " and before using zeolite we

solved that problem by using a probiotic superfood which healed her

gut and balanced her bacteria colonies. The zeolite had no adverse

reaction but I'm pretty sure it would have had we not taken this step.

Taking both simultaneously will help too.
