Hello friends,

I am of the personal opinion that the MS process is caused by

different things in differnt people--whether that be heavy metals,

leaky gut, candida, parasites, stress, malnutrition, spinal injuries,

or a combination of things (and I'm sure I'm leaving some out to. I

believe the answer is to address the causes to the particual

individual.

In regard to my MS, I continue to have a strong intution that mine

was caused by a combination of aspartame poisoning (5 cans of diet

soda a year for 30 years of my life), cigarette smoking on and off,

and vaccinations even in adulthood, including Hep B vaccination which

has been linked to MS. I also had three amalgams, now removed.

We talk a lot here about food and gut issues for healing. But what I

am wondering if the main culprits for the individual are aspartame,

cigarettes, and vaccinations (as in my case), would healing the gut

really be of great value. I wonder if there is another way to detox

the residues of the aspartame and cigarettes and vaccines or to

reverse the process of what they created.

I have of course been aspartame and cigarette free now for over a

year and had the amalgams removed, but no improvement is noted. On a

more positive note, I do not seem to be getting worse. But I am still

looking to get better, particulary my eyesight, which is rather

debilitating.

Any advice/opionions/feedback is recommended.
