They said it was one of the biggest challenges they ever did and the fact that she finished it changed her dramatically. She also dramatically changed the way her body looked. I bought the book thinking I might try it, but it is much too vigorous for me. It would probably be great for you, but not til after your trip as it is a minimum of a 12 week commitment.
