Hey ....well after you get your water in...I have another tip for your

skin.....Get some oil of olay (even generic kind!) and slather it on two or

three times a day...even if its at the beginning of the day or after you get

home..your skin will suck it up! and it will feel a lot better! As for your

body....mineral oil...baby oil or lotions containing these things will soak

right in!

Hehehe....Dawn...I dont want to even think what would happen if I tried to drink

64oz tonite...lol .......I would have to put on depends to go to bed..lol
