Sue's idea of signing cards before the meeting is

good. That way, folks can leave if they want to.

The only way to get courts to immediately stop

court-ordering AA attendence is for each individual group to notify the court

that you

will no longer be signing court slips. Reinforce

that by adding a disclaimer to the AA meeting

directory, " no court slips. " The courts in your

area will have to find another punishment for

those whom they judge to be problem drinkers.
