natural anti inflammatory?

Hi everyone,

I am new here and glad I have found this group. It's refreshing to

know that there are other people out there who beleive in alternative

medicne. I was diagnosed with MS in August 2006. The doctor I saw

performed one mri and did not run any other tests. The mri showed a

few brain lesions so the doctor recommended that I start taking

injections for MS right away. I refused to take the medicine and

like most people here I was trying to find out what was causing my MS

so I could treat the cause. I changed my diet and started taking

supplements and I was doing Yoga and seemed to be fine for a year and

a half. I never looked into other things like lyme disease, candida

and many other things that could have been the cause. Anyway, Now I

am having an attack again and I have an apppointment with an

alternative doctor who is also an MD. I am going to have her check

for lyme and candida. Does anyone have any suggestions about what

other tests can be done? I really do NOT want to take conventional

medicine used to treat MS and I definitely do NOT want to take

Steroids for the attack I'm having now but I really need to recover

from this attack so can anyone recommend an anti inflammatory other

than steroids? I would appreciate any suggestions.
