Hi Emma,

Thanks for your experiences...what were the " nasty side effects? " I have

heard from a couple of other people that did better on Aridemex also.

Bye for now,

great. I have not noticed any negative side effects, so I really

like it.

instead of Tamoxifen. I am also estrogen positive, 5 nodes are

clear, and edges clear (intra-ductal invasive breast cancer). Who

else is on aridemex, and how do you like it, and why was it chosen?

I will be a two year survivor November 8th - yeah!! I tried

Tamoxifen for a few months (last year)but because of some pretty

serious side effects (clotting, blurred vision to the point I

couldn't even drive,

time...

Hot flashes from hell, high liver enzymes, swelling in hands and

feet, high blood pressure, blurred vision, memory loss, and

blackouts. If Arimidex had not been available I would have continued

on tamoxifen.

I am so grateful that I am a survivor, and I will do what I have to

do to continue as a survivor.

Emma,

Wow...I have hot flashes now, and they really aren't too bad, actually

they are funny, because the kids say I am like a heater. Now, the other

things...well, I'll just pray they aren't a part of my life, and that the doc

would give me the best meds to stop them if I do get them. I also have high

blood pressure, controlled by meds.
