I mean - I'm not totally repulsed by it like some people are, but I happen to really like apple juice, so putting the ESalts in the apple juice just made the juice taste bad. All in all, I prefer to do the cleanse without them anyway. I just included them this time as sort of a way of ensuring that I'm really at a point of extending the time between flushes.
