Guest guest
The patient has a six year history of scleroderma. In the physical exam the doctor dictates: Her skin reveals classical sclerodermatous changes of her hands, forearms, and face. She has daily skin changes in her extremities with levido reticularis noted. There are S/L toagitations on her hands, arms, and face. She has Raynaud's phenomenon of her fingers. Does anyone have any clue? Thanks for any help.
