To be honest, I think the focus-change has more to do with his being a

doctor than his being a man. I'm personally glad he's on the list, as it's

a relief to see a doctor willing to learn more about these problems who

isn't pushing his own agenda. Also, a doctor who *listens* to a woman with

VV is a rarity in and of itself.
