Guest guest
Hi, I was wondering a good way to do a colon cleanse. All of the products out there seem to have something in it I'm sensitive to. I have numerous sensitivities. I have been taking digestive enzymes with every meal and 2 probiotics daily for a year. In the last month I have upped the probiotics to 4 per day. I also drink 1tsp of slippery elm in a cup of water 3x daily in hopes of repairing my digestive tract. I was on the swank diet for six years and then modified it last year to cut out dairy, wheat, gluten, legumes, soy, eggs, and yeast. Since then I think I have only went down hill. Can anyone give me any suggestions? Are colonics as effective as herbal colon cleansing formula. I want to move on to a liver flush and heavy metal cleansing but want my colon clear first. Any thoughts or direction would be appeciated! Thanks! Robyn
Guest guest
Hi Robyn, I did both the Dr. Schulze's colon cleanse and the Jon Barron Baseline Nutritional Colon cleanse (at separate times). I was happy with both company's products. With both cleanses, I experienced increased bowel movements in terms of quantity and I lost weight, although I was still eating about the same amount of calories. Therefore, I do believe the products cleared some old stuff. Although I was happy with the products, I did not notice any improvement in symptoms. I did not have any bad reactions either. Just the increased bowel movements and the weight loss. Also, it seems I go more regularly now, since I have been finished the cleanses. I tried to do Jon Barron's liver cleanse recently (which is similar to Dr. Schulze's liver cleanse) but found it too difficult. I may try again. Like you, I am trying to clean the GI tract and do some chelation as well. In mscured , " robyng13 " wrote: > > Hi, > I was wondering a good way to do a colon cleanse. Guest guest
Hi TJ, My name is Dawn and I try to stay out of things here but I have done so many kinds of supplements and never felt a thing. At one point I was even spending almost $300.00 worth and found out I was wasteing my time. 1st they were pill form, 2nd they didn't give me enough of what I needed and 3rd I found out they were counteracting each other out. I found out in more studies I needed a lot of antioxidants and my supplements needed to be in liquid form. And then 3 1/2 years ago at my worst and heading towards a wheelchair Reliv came into my life. Yes, Reliv a food science company that makes shake form nutrition. I did 3 shakes of 3 products a day. By the end of 3 months I ran up a flight of stairs but it was my 6th month that I was pain free for the 1st time that I can remember. Today, I have been doing reliv for over 3 years I'm med. free and symptom free AS LONG AS I DO THESE SHAKES. So I hope that answered your question. Again, I am not liked here because I'm now am a distributer and help people everyday with all different elements. I can atleast say I love my life and now have a purpose to get up every morning and do it again. I wish you luck in your journey...never give up and find something that is liquid and that all works together. Sincerly, Dawn > > > > Greetings: > > I had a question about supplements. First off, a little background, I have had MS for 10 years now first presenting with ON that came and resolved on its own in about 4 weeks time. I did not know I had MS until diagnosis around 1.5 years ago. I am fully functional at this point and can run, I am employed, etc. but feel like I am very slowly declining in neurological function. I have new symptoms pop in and out every three months or so. I can feel slight weakness starting to set in. I follow BBD around 75% of the time (need to improve). Six months after diagnosis I started on all kinds of Vitamins as recommended by the BBD page and it seems like since I started the vitamins I have very slowly over the past year began to decline. Has anyone had worsening MS relapses after taking supplements? I know these vitamins and supplements can have a profound effect on the immune system and perhaps it can make some peoples immune system over react? > > Thank you so much for any help you might be able to offer. > > All the best, > TJ > > _________________________________________________________________ > Need to know the score, the latest news, or you need your Hotmail®- get your " fix " . > http://www.msnmobilefix.com/Default.aspx > >
Guest guest
Dawn, Is there a website that tell more about the shakes and where you can buy the product? I just purchased some vitamins and was going out later to get some more. Guest guest
I have had ms for at least 12 years and use LDN and calcium EAP injections. It sounds as though you have a mild case of RRMS that can be prevented into going into SPMS by LDN alone with what you are doing. If that needs to be modified, I would add EAP injections. I still work out 6days a week, run a businessthat is very physical (massage therapy) and do get tired sometimes but who wouldn't? EAP is a natural phopholipid that protect the cell membrane. It doesn't " cure " the ms but it is like being in the rain with a raincoat on./It also has many other benefits as you are reducing oxidative stress with these injections. Guest guest
Hello everyone, I was diagnosed with ms 13 years ago. I follow a BBD diet 90 per fent of the time _ definitely no dairy or wheat. I also take all the recommended supplements plus see a cininal herbalist who is up to date with immune respones wtc. I have been on LDN for about nine months. I also feel that despite the supplements etc. I am getting gradually worse. I still walk with a stick and with poor balance. I am not going to give up the supplements, diet etc. I also do yoga which I enjoy and which stretches muscles. I really do not know if the supplements etc can make things worse. Actually, really do not want to be too negative because I am determined to live as much as possible like people without ms. However, my poor eyesight and horrible fatigue limit my independence. I have a great husband and my grown up kids are lovely. I really do not know what the answer is to whether supplements actually make matters worse or that things would be worse without them. My general health is okay, few colds etc. regards, Judith ----- Original Message ----- From: TJ 1 To: mscured Greetings: I had a question about supplements. Guest guest
Good morning Dawn, I live in Manchester NH, I looked up the product on-line and it took me to a couple of dealers so I got to read a bit about the product, really didn't have much time to do the research that I wanted, I will check out your site and if you find that there are any meetings in the NH area close to home that would be great. If I do end up wanting the product I will surely go threw you! Thank you for your time and getting back to me, Dawn wrote:
Guest guest
Rather than test, I would just start a program to get the amalgams replaced over time. You know you have high mercury expsoure because all who have several fillings do. The average person with several amalgams has mercury excretion on average 10 times those without.  And after replacement the excretion level goes down about 90%. www.flcv.com But root-canaled teeth can also be a big problem, they usually leak over time and accumulate bacteria that give off powerful toxins www.flcv.com/damspr11.html You can get the root canals tested if you can find a dentist who does the TOPAS test,  or by electronic testing,  Quantum-SCIO or EDS/MSA/EAV (if either of these are problematic, its unlikely your health will improve until you deal with them- imo) Bernie
