Besides being the size of small footballs, the smell is nauseating. I have a supplement I bought for Max, and people can take it too, it has all that stuff in it, and it is flavored orange. He likes it, and I noticed last time we had him on it he was walking better. I have fishy burps just from the smell of the fish oil capsules I bought! Lol…., I know I’m a weenie…….. ;-) Smiles, Jackie J From: MSersLife [mailto:MSersLife ] On Behalf Of Smyelin groovySent: Wednesday, August 09, 2006 8:21 AMTo: MSersLife Subject: RE: Fish Oil / Omega-3 (was: now Menopause and hot flashes and MS) Hi Jackie, ) Finally taking the Fish Oil plunge? LOL I did it a good while back and never had any trouble with it. takes it, as well. He has told me he notices when he's not taking it and, while he can't really explain what the difference is, he feels much better while taking it. (19), says he thinks better while taking it. Huh... it's always something when they actually notice and comment. LOL You can start out low and you work up to a lot, if you want. I have one friend who has gone up to something like 16 a day! Good grief! LOL However, those along with a few other supplements and modifications have reduced her Reumatoid Arthritis to a point where she very rarely needs meds and for her that is amazing! ) I do believe I remember her saying she'd reduced to about 8 a day. Not sure if I'm re! membering right though. LOL and I take four a day... two in the morning and two in the evening. says he's liked to increase his, as well. and (my near-16 year old) both say they have "fishy burps" after taking the Fish Oil. It's not something I've noticed. I've heard others say they've had the burps, some saying it diminishes after a while. We take a really potent Garlic Oil, too. So my guys have Garlic Fish burps. We just need something lemony to add? LOL Now, something else my girlfriend shared is that when she jumped to a high dose in a day, she had looser stools. That got better. She did reduce the amount of Fish Oil she was using, then went back up very slowly. I hope it does wonders for you! ) Challis ..

Guest guest
It's cheese ish. LOL Jackie... don't you know for the clicking heels to work for the Velveeta, they can't be real ruby slippers? I'm not even sure if they can be shoes, but I am sure they need to pretend to be slippers with an articifical and highly chemical red over the top, nuclear waste for the sparklies, and Toto has to be a hamster dressed to LOOK like a dog. It's the only way the Velveeta Angels will hear you. <clicking> My flooor scrapin's are real... my floor scrapin's are real... my floor scrapin's are real...
