Guest guest
I'd also be interested in reading that info, Lu. Barry - I think the idea of adding more oil is an interesting one. I've been thinking about this recently also, since I've done the cleanse on www.relfe.com, which does have the mixture consumed at intervals through the evening. The reason I think this makes sense is that it would cause the gallbladder to contract at intervals as well, rather than responding to the influx of one drink. I think I will go back to that routine on my next cleanse, which will be a week from tonight. just my .02, rachel~ barry91162@... writes: > I'll be waiting patiently for that helpful information if > you can find it again. Guest guest
Yes , I think tomorrow, when I do flush #7, I will try more intervals of oil drink. For the first 6 cleanses I've been sticking pretty close to the Dr. Hulga flush which is a more 'milder' flush. I think for my hard, calcified, 1 cm 'problem stone' that I am working on eliminating, it will need some extra contractions from my gallbladder. I'm going to use s ES suggestion and also 4 drinks of 1/4 oil-1/4 gf every 15 minutes for one hour like on the relfe site. This extra bombardment of oil may be just what I need to push a bigger stone out. The milder cleansing has been great for elimination of softer liver stones, sludge and such, but the extra push is what I'm searching for now. Another reason I've come to this conclusion is because of all the stories and testimonies I've read on this 'hard stone' topic. Dasuns grandmother story and others that were done many years before Internet information (cleanses done with old folk lore information) seems to have all used larger amounts of oil, and also no ES if you'll notice. They were passing boulders of stones to fill a barrel (If the old stories are as reliable as we want to believe and not only stories that have esculated through age). It's worth a try now that I know what to expect from the cleanse. So, thanks for the tips, and wish me success.
