I think you joined the group after the discussion of an Ashermans article was

circulated.

This goes for all the other new members who have joined us in the last month.

We had discussed writing an article on Ashermans and using our profiles in

that article. I mentioned the warning about out information becoming public

because some women have expressed a desire to bring a lawsuit and I'd not

sure if the doctors could use it against them if we publish this article.

The subject of the article has not come up lately so I think this is where

your confusion came in. I'm not even sure that having our profiles published

in an article could hurt any pending litigation. What do you think? I've

been VERY slack on getting this article together. We've had some family

health problems (both my husband's father and my father are sick) and I have

not had any time to gather my thoughts.
