It says that it's good to do the Liver Flush and Anti-parasite formula in conjunction with the Intestinal Formulae. So I had started the Intestinal Formulae on Sunday and the AntiParasite Formula/Liver Flush yesterday. I spoke with someone from ABP today and he explained that the idea is to do the Intestinal Formulae first and THEN do the other. In other words....not simultaneously. It's interesting that I just had a " gut feeling " about this, wondering if the Intestinal Formulae were going to just cleanse out the other herbal formula along with it. So...I live and learn and since my bowels are working properly I'm going to lay off the Intestinal Formulae and keep up with the Liver/Gallbladder AntiParasite Formula and the daily Liver Flush drink.
