Sorry, I think your math was wrong here:

Lots of people use the PDR dosage of 22 mg/pound (10 mg/kg) and most

of them don't die from it, but it is hard to believe they do well on

it.

Just don't want any overdosing on your account! )

You are right, Heidi. 10 mg/kg is 4.5 mg/pound. I multiplied when I

should have divided.
