Guest guest
I've just completed a 4th flush, with about 50 'stones' out. I've used walnut oil every time, which is actually pretty grim! It's a strong flavour. But I didn't want to upset my balance of fatty acids too much. walnut is 10% omega 3. All that olive oil, during a British Winter, would not be good, I'm sure. I think I've totalled 400 stones so far, each flush has been different, but I'm beginning to wonder. The number of stones seems to vary suspiciously with the amount of oil I take. The first flush had about 70ml (2-3 ounces) and there were barely any stones. I upped it to 120 the second flush, and felt so sick at 3am, but no vomiting...Then maybe 200 stones came out. It took til about 11am or so for them to start. 3rd flush was similar, but maybe 120 stones. This last one, I felt no nausea at all, but I don't feel particularly great afterwards. I just wonder if the stones are just bile, cos they're all green. Does anyone know? There is no analysis anywhere. It may STILL be GREAT for the liver and health, but who KNOWS that THEY ARE 'stones' I'm 24 so this may affect things...All my stones have been green and soft and waxy. They crush easily under my fingers. Some are coated in tan stuff. This 4th flush, the last few stones were harder and coated in a thicker white substance. This confused me. Are they green cos it's bile and cholesterol solidified deposits in the liver??? What is the coating? Everyone here raves about the flushes and things coming out. But not many people say what the point of it all is. Do they feel better? Do their allergies go? Does their skin look great? Do their eyes sparkle? These are some claims. I'm not getting green blobs out for the sake of it. The IDEA that these were clogging you, now they aren't, may make people euphoric by itself, but it's a means to an end, yes? Any thoughts? Thanks for reading.
