Hi,

Now that I have succeeded in the flush, yes did pass lots and lots of

stones that were turquoise in color with sizes varying from size of

large peanut down to size of small pea and lots of grain and grit.

Oh yes, did have one bright red/orange stone too but when I examined

closely it looked like perhaps there was blood on it making the red

and the stone was actually a orange clear type peice, almost like an

orange hard candy. Okay, also, this morning after I drank my epsom

water I tasted blood in my system really heavy. Now I am one of

these people who has a very keen sense of taste and smell so for me

to taste what is going on in my body is not unusual. I am still

tasting that metallic blood taste in my mouth but not as severe as

this morning. Now I would surmise to say that there were about 50-75

stones that passed over the course of 2 hours. As to the turquoise

color, maybe I'm secretly some kind of copper royalty and it's just

showing up in my genes...*teehehehehe*...... anyhow I really have to

make light of this whole situation as unpleasant as it all is.

What I am wondering is when to start eating foods and should I

continue to drink the apple juice? I am presuming that the foods

would be all steamed veggies for the first 24 hours, is this correct?

Also, would it be okay to resume my yoga program within' 24 hours?

I'm really very sore in my abdomen now after all of this as would be

expected.

Thanks so much for your response, I really appreciate your expertise

& insight on this forum.

Peace

Lucinda
