Broward: Social Skills Program for children w/autism and spectrum disorders

Children's Center for Development & Behavior is expanding its

services to include a variety of social skills programs.

Our social skills program will provide your child with the

oppportunity to work on individual skill development, establish

friendships with peers, enhance appropriate social behaviors and

reduce maladaptive behaviors.

Prior to participation in group, your child will participate in a

formal evaluation which will provide an accurate assessment of your

child's current skill level in the areas of functional communication

and interpersonal behavior. Our Board Certified Behavior Analyst

(BCBA) will provide parents with specific recommendations in order to

accelerate the child's skill development.
