Doesn't anyone here shake the oil together with

grapefruit or lemon juice? In all the times I have

done this, I shake the oil and juice together and

drink it down quickly, then it's not like drinking

just oil...still pretty yucky, but I can't imagine

drinking just oil ;-b I'd better get to bed!

I've taken to brushing my teeth with baking soda (which is what I always use)

right after drinking the oil. That really gets rid of the taste and feel

very quickly.

I have read some flush protocols that say you can use orange juice, but I've

also read that the lower sugar content the more effective it is. (But I

couldn't tell you why that is!). So this is why grapefruit, lemon/lime are

recommended more highly - because they are much lower in sugar content.

I suppose that's not much of a help except to say yes, I think it does

matter, but I don't know to what extent!
