Guest guest
Kate, I've done 8 flushes and feel pretty much the same as . I can always think of a thousand things I'd rather be doing with my day off. haha The ES doesn't bother me because I used to drink a lot of mineral water. Seems almost the same to me. Also, make sure you are fasting all day before the cleanse. Maybe only a light lunch will help you to not throw anything back up. When I eat a 'bigger' lunch before a flush is when I feel worse during it. I try and skip the lunch entirely. Also, drinking ES with water and a little grapefruit juice will help. Not all grapefruit but add some grapefruit to the water. Also, washing your mouth out with mouthwash before and after the ES drink will help. Or mints. The part that bothers me the most is the oil for some reason. I can only drink about a 3/4 cup with grapefruit before I start getting that 'heaving' feeling. I find it harder to get down each time. I always wash my mouth out with mouthwash before laying down. That creamy feeling and smell is getting to me more and more. haha Another thing is to try using a straw and pinching your nose. That works for me. About your stomach? I don't know. Some people are just more sensative to the ES and oil. Gotta do your best. Good luck on your next attempt. Barry. --- In gallstones@y..., " L. Guest guest
, I was talking about shaking the oil too. :-) I always shake it but it still bothers me. That smelly, oily, creamy feeling, taste. I'll try and drink it faster if I don't gag first. haha Do you think orange juice can be just as effective as grapefruit juice since they are both citrus? Does it matter? Barry. --- In gallstones@y..., " L.
