Now after researching what our ancestors ate I have added coconut oil to the kitchen, flax seed, and a coffee grinder for the flax seed. Flax seed is the only low cost source of the newly applauded Essential Fatty Acid (EFA) Omega 3 Oil. Also we try to eat more raw food especially green leaves and berries. the rye flour was a recent surprise, it makes whole wheat pancakes taste better. Even using flax and rye as the only flour in the yeast whole wheat pancake recipe tasted better than just whole wheat. > > > > > > Lorenzo, Would you share those cookie recipes?
