Guest guest
For years I've been using Siberian ginseng for those days when it feels like somebody siphoned all the gas out of my tank, and it seems to help. For days when I'm really knackered I have the old standard Prince of Peace Korean Ginseng bottles. Recently though I've read that people should use Eleuthero (Siberian Ginseng) and Red Korean Ginseng with caution, because it can ramp up the immune system. But OHSU is doing a study using American Ginseng for fatigue, so perhaps it doesn't have the same effect. Can anyone lend some clarity on the safety of the various ginsengs for use in MS? I don't want to make anything worse, but it would be nice to actually get something done today besides surf the net and rest.
