Guest guest
Thanks for your reply. There are many of us in here who are battling the calcium, harder " problem stone " and we will eagerly be waiting for your post. Whatever you can suggest will be helpful. >> _________________ Hi, Barry & everyone, Barry, are you taking magnesium in some shape or form? Maybe you said you did, but I've been lost on what we talked about lately. I have found that magnesium helps me tremendously. Plus the Beta-TCP, which has Taurine in it. Again, it's not the same for everyone, but I was reading that magnesium can help get rid of the stones somewhere. Like I stated, I know it's helping me. I've always started eating radishes every day, but I know there's other foods. Like I stated, you may have already told me and if you did, then I truly apologize. Thanks, Susie
Guest guest
Thanks for the info. From what I understand, Radishes, herbs, GCG, mangnesium, taurine, apple juice, etc are all good for softening or reducing the size of a cholesterol softer stone but will not work on a calcified, harder, calcium oxide stone. >> _____________________ Barry, that's okay. Now that I've thought about it, I'm sure that I told you before. I'm about 100 percent sure that I've got a stubborn stone in my GB that doesn't want to come out. I don't have the money for tests and such, so I have to trust my body. Thing is, since my last cleanse on the 25th of Feb., I didn't get much, although some, but I haven't felt a sticking pain. Heck if I know, Barry. I have to play it by ear. Dale got rid of his stone, but this was the one that showed up on the ultrasound, so I'm assuming that he had these softies. If Dale had ONE that showed up on ultrasound and it was a calcified stone, then I'm assuming that doing what Dale has done might help remove it. If taking that other stuff helps you, well, what can I say but that I'm going to try it also. I know that I may not be of any help. I would tell you to keep taking your magnesium and the rest of the stuff. I know that I've been helped with it. You're probably in a better boat than I am because we don't have health insurance. Hope it works out for you, Susie

Guest guest
Susie, Thanks for the info. From what I understand, Radishes, herbs, GCG, mangnesium, taurine, apple juice, etc are all good for softening or reducing the size of a cholesterol softer stone but will not work on a calcified, harder, calcium oxide stone. I've heard one post on here that has only come somewhere remotely close to disolving the calcified stone. Someone used Chanca Piedra for 6 months and reduced a hard stone from 2.9mm to 2.3mm in size. Mine is only 1cm and is not coming out with 6 cleanses so far. The closest I've come was on the last flush when I felt the colic pain for a few minutes and then the stone dropped back down into the gallbladder. I was laying on my right side and it felt like it wanted to move out into the duct but decided not too. Maybe the ES was too relaxing to the process. I was considering not using the ES but am worried the stone will get stuck without the extra elasticity. I was asking Agnes for advice since she has been in here for years and could probably give more suggestions on this kind of problem stone. I'm sure she has seen it before and has heard of a way to do it. I feel my gallbladder is functioning fairly well and I only need to rid my gallbladder of this 1cm stone to feel successful with these flushes. I've learned to relax the pain but am looking to eliminate it totally. That was my primary reason to try cleansing vs. surgery. The only other option besides flushing more times, and trying medications and herbs for months or years was to look into the ultrasonic waves to crush the stone and then flush it out. I can't find anyone in my area to do that method. Anyway, this is what I'm facing. Thanks for your suggestions. Be Healthy. Barry. > Thanks for your reply. Guest guest
Thanks Susie, Yes, the magnesium and Beta-TCP will help you to thin the bile and not have so much pain. Antispasmodic medicine can even stop the pain in a few minutes. Herbs, medications, apple juice will help to soften cholesterol stones and make you pass a lot of liver toxins and gunk, but what I am talking about is the hard calcium oxide stone that won't reduce in size and still causes pain when eating fatty foods. I want to eliminate the 'problem' once and for all and then go to maintanance flushing twice a year or so. Making the bile thinner, not eating foods that cause pain, etc are all band-aids covering the real problem in my case. I want to be pain free so that I can eat anything and not have to worry about it. I 'know my stone' so to speak and it is the only thing that is causing the colic. Once it is out I will feel that the cleansing is a total success. Meaning not only is my liver clear of toxins and gunk but also the pain is gone because the harder gb stone is gone. I really think most people who continue to flush several times and still have pain when eating is because they have a stubborn stone in the gb that needs some extra attempts to exit besides the regular 'conventinal' flushing we are all doing here. The 1.7 cm stone that Dale got out was a softer cholesterol stone and not of the hard calcium oxide stone that is bothering me. If mine was like his it would have softened and came out with a flush easily. So, I'm looking into the 'stone breaker' methods and waiting to her what Agnes can give us as advice for the harder problem stone. She has seen this question before I'm sure because she has been in here for years. Whatever knowledge she can give will be useful. I hope that you can get yours out. I check mine by ultrasound just to see it's progress. Whether its getting smaller or larger, etc. If you can, get it checked by ultrasound so that you know exactly what you are battling against. Good luck. Be Healthy. Barry. > Thanks for the info.
