I would suggest to edit the RE: in the message heading to more correctly define the message. Perhaps, always having a RE: in the message is not giving the full topic and then it is hard for one to know if it is a worth while read for their personal interest. Possibly one way to overcome this is to be more clear on the message subject each time! Words of encouragement are useful to give incentive to people trying to get better. I agree. Maybe that should be the subject's name - " encouragement for...... " > encouragement - that's sort of a personal message....So perhaps it would be helpful if you clarify what you're requesting.
