Guest guest
Hi there treesflicker, Thanks for responding to my post. I got a lot of responses, but one in particular, white oak bark, keep my attention. When I do my next cleanse next weekend, I will have one over-the-counter med recommended and one herb recommended that I feel is the best one. Hopefully I will be OK this time. I will post to let everyone know. The peppermint tea is one I am well aware of (thanks). I used it when the gas got so painful one day and the pain was over instantly, thank God! I will try mixing it, especially because I love peppermint tea. Yogi DeTox tea. I have heard of that one and I believe I have that in my closet now! I will consider that one also. I am so confused right now, but after some research on the various herbs recommended by everyone, I will be able to make a decision. " I also used a few drops of the oil in water and chased the Epsom salt > with it the first few times. Its very powerful stuff and absolutely > must be diluted. " You used peppermint oil in water? Did this help with preventing hemrrhoids, or just gas? Thanks again, Hazelpone
Guest guest
Hello Hazelpone , Yes, I was later reading about white oak as a salve (mixed with bayberry, goldenseal root, myrrh) " may even be better than conventional hemorrhoid preparations. " * I also read that raw potato suppositories (peeled and cut into cone pieces) to help heal and relieve H. pain.* You used peppermint oil in water? Did this help with preventing hemrrhoids, or just gas? I dont know if it would help in preventing hemorrhoids. I had put a few drops in water, I was having trouble with gas and was out of Peppermint tea and that was when I realized how potent it was and had decided it was the perfect chaser for the dreaded Epsom Salt taste (which turned out to not be so bad, to me). I think it would definately, more than take care of, any breath problems as well, I was amazed at how sipping just a few drops in a glass of water permeated my mouth and filled the room with a strong scent of peppermint. I also read that Peppermint oil capsules are used in Europe for cleansing gall bladders.* I feel I need to add that nursing mothers should not use peppermint and also that it may interfere with iron absorption*, for the sake of people that go through the old posts randomly. Wishing you the best, peace and love:) Trees * Prescription for Nutritional Healing by Phyllis and Balch hazelpone <hazelpone@...> wrote: Hi there treesflicker, Thanks for responding to my post.
