Guest guest Posted March 25, 2002 Report Share Posted March 25, 2002 Hello, I was wondering where I could read about the pre-flush preparatory techniques I have seen mentioned here, such as drinking apple juice and fasting. I didn't notice any mention of such things when I read about the whole method of flushing. Was also wondering if anybody knows of an effective parasite cleanse, preferably available in health food stores, that does not contain grain alcohol. Also noticed that only 7 people so far have participated in the poll. The number of members listed says 833! I was thinking a parasite poll would be interesting, but if no one participates I guess it wouldn't reveal much for statistics. I had trouble formulating the questions for the poll anyway. I guess what I'm curious about is out of those that have done the P-cleanse, how many had results(expelled parasites). Maybe something about geographic location, foreign travel, diet(meat/non-meat).
