Yes I'm from Northwestern Ontario, near the Minnesota border. And

you?

First pickings means that the liver gets to absorb first (after the

stomach/intestines) the nutrients as well as the toxins that we eat

in our food. Try out Dr Cabot's site for more liver info.

I'm assuming a decongested liver is a poorly functioning liver. It

could be due to scar tissue - most often from cirrosis, or from an

overburden of toxins. So cleaning it up will help it to release

better/stronger bile, quit forming more stones and help to get rid of

and prevent further stones.

So, I guess she's saying that the liver is the first organ that must deal

with the glutens absorbed byt he intestines and if it is congested with

stones, it cannot. Makes sense to me now.

I'm in Waterloo. I guess we'ere not neighbours afterall.
