TIP OF THE DAY: When working out the " waistline " , or the internal and

external obliques, be sure to avoid doing side bends while holding a weight

in each hand. This is not a good idea unless you want to build a thicker

waist, which most of us don't want! The best way to train this area is to

do

crunches with a twist at the waist. Also, remember that strengthening

these

muscles won't get rid of the flab.
