Breakfast:

coffee (decaf) 2.1g

Lunch:

small burger w/ bacon & cheese ( & mayo) 0.5g

chicken Caesar salad 6.0g

Diet Coke 0.0g

Dinner:

4 tuna croquettes 1.5g

sour cream (for dipping...aprox. 1 1/2 tbsp.) 1.0g

steamed cauliflower w/ butter spray 2.7g

Snack:

almonds 2.4g

Day Total 16.2g

50.7 oz. water...I was unexpectedly out all day

but was able to get this much in when I got home.

Back down to where I was before TOM (actually

a half lb. lower)...

LOTS of walking...
