Guest guest Posted May 21, 2002 Report Share Posted May 21, 2002 hey... my tightness started loosening @ 10-11 weeks post-op and still have a wee tingly thing happening in the lower left lip/chin area.... tho? i still feel the sensation of having to push my face back to center point if i ever happen to lay on my side during my sleep <something i sooo try not to do as the sensation feels a bit monster-ish...like? clicking ur face back on!!!!LOLOL>...didn't find any exercises tho i was intent on taking two fingers on each side of the insides of my cheeks and stretching my mouth for as big as i could...<like those cheek expanders they use on u during surgery and for pics?> and that felt good. good luck ken and watch the faces u make in public! valerie --- arktikwulf wrote: > Hi all > > Just under eight weeks post op and the worst is > behind me.
