Guest guest
Girl, you are very committed! Sorry you had the attack...let us know if you get any stones. of DH " People are like stain glass windows; they sparkle and shine when the sun is out, but when the darkness sets in, their true beauty is revealed only if there is alight within. " -Kubler Ross " Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life. Guest guest
, This sounds very logical to me. (ok, I'll admit it, I am the 'other offlist corresponder' who has been going over this theory with my cleanse cousin ..:-)..) My colic is simular to s and many other people in this group. While the 'regular' cleansing (fasting, ES, oil) has produced great results in the fact of removing sludge, grain, soft stones, etc (I've done 7 flushes eliminating over 2,000 stones (soft globs) and tons of toxic sludge, and even a dozen small black pigment stones) BUT, for some of us, the REAL problem needs to be addressed. I still have a hard-er 1cm stone in my gb causing colic. So, what to do? Whereas the regular cleansing method is great for some people, others need to try a variation to the method to achieve more favorable results. Cleansing while in colic seems like a logical approach to get a more powerful flush. The logic behind it is...If the stone is in the optimum position during an attack (meaning the stone is at the mouth of the gb blocking the flow of bile, and it's also trying to push out into the cystic duct), this would be the best time to lube the stone and ducts with olive oil and allow it to pass out easier. Might just work for some of us who have been flushing many times but still have ultrasound showing a stone(s) still there. Get the gb to contract with regular eating (no fasting), skip the ES (which relaxes the gb contraction asomewhat anyway), and oil the pushing colic stone out of the mouth of the gb and get it on it's route south through the common duct. A lot of flushes you have read in the past do not use the relaxing effects of ES and some of those old time flushers didn't even fast either? They just downed the oil, rolled on the floor for a few hours, but in the morning they got out cup fulls of hard marble stones that couldn't be broken with a hammer!!! Those ole' fashioned cleanses seemed more stronger and successful for the hard calcium stones. Just some thoughts. I will try this method also. Maybe this will be what I need to eliminate the 1cm stone that is 'hanging' around to cause me more pain. Questions anyone? Barry. >
