Exercised my knee and kept going, did the sit ups and leg lifts and feel great. Now to make it a habit each day... Had a nice salad, brie cheese, cream cheese on a wasa and some seafood sauce I give my DH for his pasta. Got to find a place to get spaghetti squash.
