<<<<I have been in discussions lately where thy suggest

that flax seed oil may be a better alternative to olive oil because

of it's anti-inflamatory properties (can't imagine that hasn't come

up on this list at some point with all the posts I see) and plan to

try that next full-fledged flush :-) See you all, and thanks for

The fact of the matter is that it has come up. It's just that flaxseed oil

costs a considerable sum more than a high quality olive oil for the purpose

of a flush. However, I for one do use it for more than flushing along with

other oils for obtaining essential fatty acid for my liver and gallbladder

problem.

Whilst we're on the topic of Oil - on a flush, is it best to use high

quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil, or just Olive Oil?

Thanks

Michele

High quality cold pressed virgin olive oil is the best because some olive

oil is processed and this does make a difference in its quality for the

connoisseur, like us here <G> http://www.cuisinenet.com/glossary/itloil.html

Yes, High quality cold pressed virgin olive oil is best.

The lighter the color, the easier it is to drink. The darker

greenish/yellowish color oil is harder to drink down. It has

something to do with the time of late summer that it was pressed.
