Guest guest Posted February 14, 2002 Report Share Posted February 14, 2002 Hi there - Someone from your group sent me an email letting me know about all of you, and I wanted to join to learn more!!! I see from past posts you have visited my web site and questioned some of the things I suggested. What I have there is just information I've gathered over the past 15 or so years (has it been that long since my first flush??) and I haven't updated the information in a while. I'm going to see what you folks are up to and hope to learn more from you. I am going to do a flush in the spring, but at present, as many days a week as I can, first thing in the morning I am taking a cup of chamomile tea, the juice of a lemon and a tablespoon or more of flax seed oil, then waiting before I eat for about 20 minutes. I get nauseous some days, and feel that tight feeling in the upper abdomen sometimes a couple hours after, so I guess it must be doing something :-) I have been in discussions lately where thy suggest that flax seed oil may be a better alternative to olive oil because of it's anti-inflamatory properties (can't imagine that hasn't come up on this list at some point with all the posts I see) and plan to try that next full-fledged flush :-) See you all, and thanks for letting me join.
